Pixelixe ("Pixelixe", "we", "our", or "us") operates https://pixelixe.com, Pixelixe Studio, Pixelixe APIs, white-label editor integrations, and related support workflows (together, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, transfer, and protect personal data when you browse the website, create an account, contact us, use Studio, automate image generation, or call the API.

Depending on the workflow, Pixelixe may act as an independent data controller for account, billing, security, analytics, and support information, and may also act as a processor or service provider for customer-submitted content processed through templates, spreadsheet workflows, API payloads, or embedded-editor experiences. If you upload or send personal data relating to someone else, you are responsible for having the necessary notices, permissions, and lawful basis to do so.

Categories of data we collect

  • Account and contact data. Such as name, email address, company information, login details, plan information, and account preferences.
  • Billing and transaction data. Such as billing contact details, invoice references, tax or VAT information where applicable, payment status, and subscription events. When payments are processed by third-party payment providers, Pixelixe does not need to store full payment card numbers.
  • Content and asset data. Such as uploaded images, templates, logos, prompts, spreadsheet rows, JSON payloads, generated exports, and metadata required to render, edit, automate, or deliver outputs.
  • Usage, device, and log data. Such as IP address, browser and device identifiers, operating system, referring pages, timestamps, API requests, error logs, and similar technical diagnostics.
  • Communications and support data. Such as emails, support tickets, onboarding information, and other business communications you send to Pixelixe.
  • Cookie and similar technology data. Such as session identifiers, preference settings, security tokens, analytics identifiers, and similar browser-side data.
