How to be sure an idea is well crafted and well designed? What are the patterns to make a feature successful ?

Often, we underestimate the importance of user experience when we plan to build a new application. We quickly want to deliver a first version of our application. Therefore we focus more on technical parts and on how to get developers on board rather than focusing on design and ergonomic aspects of our future application.

Presenting a new project has always been particularly difficult for me. It always requires me a lot of preparation. I must define precisely the (Why, How, What) of the project, its requirements, the ins and outs and identify the project short and long term ambition. While many people prefer to pay for PowerPoint presentation or make it quick and slapdash, a well-made work with your own hands brings much more pleasure.
